Refund policy

WorkMind sells digital products that are supplied electronically and made available for download after purchase.
Digital products
Because our products are digital downloads, we do not normally offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind after the digital content has been supplied or downloaded.
Where required by law, before receiving immediate access to a digital product you will be asked to agree that:
- the digital content may be supplied immediately; and
- once supply of the digital content begins, you acknowledge that you will lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel.
This does not affect your legal rights where digital content is faulty, not as described, or otherwise does not meet the standards required by applicable consumer law.
If there is a problem with your purchase
Please contact us at hello@workmindadhd.com if:
- you cannot access or download your files;
- you receive the wrong product;
- a file is corrupted or unusable;
- the product is materially different from the description provided at the time of purchase; or
- you believe there is another problem with the digital content you received.
We will first try to resolve the issue by providing access to the correct or working files where appropriate. If the problem cannot reasonably be resolved, we will provide any remedy to which you are entitled under applicable consumer law.
Duplicate purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same WorkMind product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible. Where we can verify the duplicate transaction, we will normally refund the duplicate purchase.
Bundles
Where a bundle containing several digital products has already been supplied, we do not normally offer a partial refund simply because you decide that you do not want or need one of the included products.
This does not affect your legal rights if any part of the bundle is faulty, not as described, or otherwise does not comply with applicable consumer law.
